DSLR CAMERAS:

• Una (1) cámara DSLR por persona.

• Solo un lente básico pequeño, sin equipo de flash. (Ejemplo: Kit lens 18-55mm)

• No se permite cobrar a personas por tomarles fotografías en ningún momento.

• Hay que pedir permiso para tomarle foto al público en todo momento.

• No guardamos equipo fotográfico no autorizado dentro del evento.

• Nos reservamos el derecho de revisar cualquier equipo fotográfico y su admisión al evento.

Puerto Rico Comic Con (PRCC) es un lugar para la diversión entre amistades y en familia. Es el lugar en donde, una vez al año, celebramos todo lo “geek”. Anticipamos recibir a miles de fans a nuestro show, rompiendo récord de asistencia año tras año. Para asegurar que el evento sea un éxito para todos, requerimos la cooperación de todos nuestros fans. Por favor toma un momento para leer las siguientes políticas, asegurando que las entiendas y cumplas con ellas durante el show. ¡Qué disfruten, Geekricans!

Horas de Entrada y Procesos de Emergencia causados por "Line Overflow"

Personas que tienen boletos de 3Day Pass y One Day Pass entran al show en horario regular. "Line Overflow" ocurre cuando hay demasiadas personas esperando a entrar adentro del Centro de Convenciones y las puertas todavía no están programadas para abrir, creando amenaza de seguridad para todos. Es importante notar que si encontramos un "line overflow", por razones de seguridad somos requeridos dejar entrar el público general al evento para que el "overflow" pueda ser corregido. "Line overflows" deben ser resueltos a la mayor brevedad posible, asegúrate de seguir todas las instrucciones de seguridad y nuestro staff en todo momento, entra al evento de la manera más calmada posible para evitar cualquier incidente.

Comportamiento General

Al igual que en cualquier otro lugar en Puerto Rico, es sentido común que le pidamos a nuestros visitantes a tratarse el uno al otro, y a los invitados del show, con respeto y de manera civil. El personal de seguridad de PRCC no tolerará comportamiento perturbador como, por ejemplo, peleas (verdaderas o simuladas), acoso, intimidación, “bullying”, impedir el flujo de tráfico, desafío a las reglas/regulaciones, etc. No cumplir con estas guías conlleva un aviso de parte de nuestro personal de seguridad o hasta expulsión del show. No nos gusta despedir a nadie de nuestro show, pero si hay que tomar esa decisión con tal de preservar una buena experiencia para nuestros fans o invitados, lo haremos. Una regla de oro: no hagas algo que te buscará problemas en tu vida diaria. Sé cortés, diviértete, sonríe y disfruta del show.

Politica de Disfraces (Cosplay) y Vestimenta

En el Puerto Rico Comic Con, aunque respetamos el derecho de todas las personas a disfrazarse de cualquier cosplay que ellos deseen, como Corporación, tenemos un grupo de reglas relacionadas al tipo de vestimenta o difraz que está permitido en el show. Nuestro evento es para todas las edades, las edades de nuestro público son desde niños pequeños hasta adultos. Lo más importante notar es que este show es uno para toda la familia y para segurarnos de que TODOS nuestros fans tienen una tremenda experiencia, enforzaremos las siguientes reglas en todo momento. El Puerto Rico Comic Con se reserva el derecho de admission en cualquier momento y también tiene el derecho de alterar estas reglas.

1)    No aceptamos personas con uniformes reales. Esto incluye las siguientes categorías: militar, medico (doctor, enfermera), bombero, policía. Puedes alterar tu cosplay para asegurarte de que no tenga objetos oficiales. Esto es para la seguridad de todos.

2)    No Desnudez o cualquier disfraz que sea considerado en esa categoría. Esto incluye fans que vengan vestidos en bikini o en cualquier tipo de ropa íntima (ropa interior). Esto es un show para toda la familia, niños no deben presenciar cualquier “tema adulto”.

3)    No letreros solicitando cualquier tipo de pedido a otra persona, incluyendo abrazos (free hugs), besos, etc. Confiscaremos cualquier letrero y no lo estaremos devolviendo.

4)    Tu Cosplay debe seguir las reglas de Prop Check en todo momento y debe ser evaluado por nuestro team. El fallar esta regla nos otorga el derecho de revocar la admisión al evento.

5)    Sabemos que hay figuras históricas que muchas personas encuentran interesante para hacer Cosplay. Aunque la ley protege tu derecho de Libertad de Expresión, como una corporación privada no aprobamos ni avalamos “bullying”, expresiones de odio (“Hate Speech) o grupos relacionados a “Hate Speech”. Es importante advertir que si vienes vestido a nuestro show utilizando un disfraz que representa, incluso ligeramente, cualquier tipo de mensaje/filosofía de odio, te negaremos la entrada al evento y tu taquilla no será reembolsada.

6)    Para Props, refiere a la sección de Prop Check.

Badge 3DayPass y Brazaletes (wristbands)

Para toda persona que tiene el 3Day Pass, se le dará dos (2) importantes formas de identificación para nuestro show. Una vez se valide su boleto, recibirás un (1) badge de colección, y un (1) brazalete. Para entrar al show ES IMPRESCINDIBLE LLEVAR PUESTO TANTO EL BADGE COMO EL BRAZALETE que se te dio cuando entraste al show. Si se te pierde una de estas formas de ID o si picas el brazalete, tu boleto es nulo y no podrás volver a entrar al show.

Tu brazalete es a prueba de agua, por lo que podrás usarlo en confianza todo el tiempo y no se romperá ni dañará. Brazaletes que han sido estirados se considerarán dañados y por lo tanto, el boleto de entrada es nulo. Para entrar al show con ambas formas de ID, solamente tienes que mostrar tu mano y carné. El personal de seguridad se reserva el derecho de verificar, en cualquier momento, tu carné y brazalete. Por favor asegura que tu brazalete esté visible en todo momento.

Si crees que tu brazalete se pudiera desprender fácilmente o que te lo han puesto de manera que te resulta incómodo, consulta con cualquier miembro del equipo de trabajo de PRCC y te la cambiaremos por uno nuevo. Toda venta 3Day Pass es final.

Brazaletes y boletos sencillos (“One Day Pass”)

Para aquellos fans con boletos sencillos (“One Day Pass”), te pondremos un (1) brazalete en la muñeca para que puedas entrar y salir del show como gustes. Es importante saber que cada día del show tiene un color de brazalete diferente. Si tu boleto es para del viernes, se te dará un brazalete de viernes. Si tu boleto es de sábado, se te dará un brazalete de sábado. Si tu boleto es de domingo, se te dará un brazalete de domingo. Favor de asegurar que tu brazalete esté visible en todo momento.

Para entrar al show con tu brazalete puesto, únicamente tienes que mostrárselo al personal en la entrada. El personal de seguridad se reserva el derecho de revisar tu muñeca y brazalete en cualquier momento. Únicamente podrás ir al día de show que corresponde con el día de boleto que compraste. Los boletos no se podrán canjear por boletos de otro día. Toda venta de boleto tipo “One Day Pass” es final.

Fumar

Para PRCC, el fumar no es “cool”. Además, el Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico es una zona libre de humo. Si tienes que fumar, hazlo fuera del Centro. Pedimos que lo hagas lejos de la entrada, puesto que cerca hay familias con niños y ellos no necesariamente merecen inhalar ni oler cualquier tipo de cigarrillo, e-cig o tabaco. Ahora es el momento oportuno para recomendar que dejes de fumar; sería lo mejor para que puedas disfrutar de una vida saludable. Además, piensa en todo el dinero que ahorrarás, que podrías gastar en cómics en lugar de cigarrillos.

Comportamiento en la fila

Pregúntale a cualquier ser humano si le gusta esperar en fila y seguramente te dirá que No. A nosotros tampoco nos gusta esperar, pero en este tipo de evento es algo necesario. Sabemos que es frustrante, que a nadie le gusta estar afuera bajo el sol, pero es inevitable. Para que PRCC sea un evento seguro y sano, tenemos que asegurar que se revise todo bolso e incautar toda arma. Para ello, requerimos de uno o dos minutos para hacerlo. Sabemos que nos entenderás. Por favor no argumentes con nuestro personal de seguridad ni dirijas tu frustración hacia ellos. Sólo están haciendo su trabajo para garantizar que nuestros fans estén seguros.

Otro aviso de sentido común: personas que cortan la fila serán dirigidos al final de la misma. Si vas a esperar en fila, pedimos que no reserves espacio en la fila para otras personas en tu grupo. Además, las filas no pueden obstruir las entradas o salidas del Centro, por lo que por favor sigue las instrucciones del personal.

Autógrafos y “Photo Ops”

En el área de Autógrafos y área de “Photo Op” están los artistas invitados del show y, sobretodo, invitados a Puerto Rico. Ayúdanos a que se lleven una buena impresión de nuestro Pueblo. Para ello, pedimos a nuestros fans a tratarlos con respeto. Los invitados de PRCC merecen su privacidad y que sus fans sigan sus respectivas instrucciones y requisitos en cuanto a autógrafos y fotos se refiere.

Ante cada invitado hay un rótulo con información sobre el costo de la foto, si alguno; costo de autógrafo, si alguno; si el artista permite “selfies” o no. Por favor léelo bien y respetemos sus reglas.

Todos los artistas invitados de PRCC piden que no se tome ningún tipo de foto dentro del área de autógrafos/“Photo Op”. Por favor, respetemos sus reglas y requisitos. Si quieres tomarte una foto con el artista invitado especial, favor consultar con nuestro personal si el/la artista permite este tipo de foto. Algunos artistas permiten “selfies” y tomar fotos con la cámara personal del fan, algunos no. Nuestro personal sabrá las reglas de cada artista invitado especial.

El tiempo de los artistas con los fans es limitado, así que por favor sé considerado con el tiempo que tienes con él/ella y trata de consumir la menor cantidad de tiempo posible. Si te demoras mucho los otros fans no tendrán el placer de conocerlo. Algunos artistas dan su autógrafo rápidamente, algunos se demoran más. Por favor respeta su tiempo y ten paciencia esperando en fila.

Todo fan que desobedezca estas reglas y le falte el respeto al artista invitado especial será removido del área al momento y toda compra de autógrafo/foto quedará nula. Ejemplos de mal comportamiento: intentar negociar el costo del autógrafo o foto, quejarse del hecho de que se cobra por estos, consumir demasiado tiempo con él/ella mientras hay otros fans en fila, hacer pedidos excesivamente personalizados, insultarlo, etc.

El que hayas pagado por un autógrafo en PRCC no es garantía de que lo recibirás. Para obtener el tuyo, es importante que llegues al área de autógrafo a la hora correspondiente. Si por alguna razón se te pasa la hora de emisión de autógrafo, no se te reembolsará tu boleto de autógrafo y el artista no tendrá la obligación de emitir un autógrafo fuera del horario correspondiente. PRCC no puede garantizar que obtendrás un autógrafo de otros artistas invitados especiales del show. Si te interesa obtener un autógrafo, recomendamos que asegures estar en el área de autógrafos durante el horario correspondiente y que llegues temprano para tener un buen lugar en la fila. No esperes al último momento.

No se permiten llamadas en celular ni envío/recibo de mensajes de texto mientras estés compartiendo con el/la artista invitado. No está bien el que no le estés prestando atención; además, te perderás tremenda experiencia por estar mirando tu teléfono.

Sesiones de Autógrafo – Reglas y Guías

1.) Las filas estarán abiertas para todos los fans tan pronto comience el show. Tienes la libertad de comenzar a hacer la fila para autógrafos tan pronto comience el show, si quieres. Pero recuerda que es posible que te pierdas cosas increíbles antes de que comience la sesión de autógrafos.

2.) La fila para autógrafos estará abierta en todo momento al menos que la acumulación en la fila presente un problema de seguridad. Si nuestro personal de seguridad determina que la fila se debe detener temporalmente, pedimos que tengas paciencia y esperes en un área cerca en lo que se alivia la acumulación de la fila.

3.) Hay sesiones de autógrafos que son de tiempo limitado, para otros artistas invitados del show, únicamente ellos determinarán el tiempo límite de sus autógrafos. Los autógrafos se venden por día. Si compraste un autógrafo para el viernes, deberás redimir tu autógrafo el viernes. Si compraste un autógrafo para el sábado, deberás redimir tu autógrafo el sábado. Si compraste un autógrafo para el domingo, deberás redimir tu autógrafo el domingo. No podrás cambiar la fecha del día de autógrafo que seleccionaste.

4.) Por lo general, un autógrafo pago aplica solamente a un artículo. Si tienes más de un artículo, deberás comprar una cantidad de autógrafos correspondiente. Los artistas invitados se reservan el derecho de emitir su autógrafo. Los artistas invitados se reservan el derecho de limitar la cantidad de artículos que autografiarán.

5.) Para tomar fotos/videos, deberás primero verificar con nuestro personal si el artista invitado lo permite o no.

6.) Favor de estar pendiente de cualquier cambio de itinerario o política.

7.) Muchos de nuestros artistas tienen paneles de preguntas y respuestas (“Q&A”) durante el show. Si te sales de la fila de autógrafos para ver el panel, recuerda que tienes que volver a la cola de la fila cuando regreses. No podrás reservar tu lugar en la fila.

8.) No se permite comer o beber en el área de autógrafos.

9.) Si tienes un regalo para darle al artista invitado, por favor entrégaselo a nuestro personal; ellos se lo entregarán al artista invitado al finalizar el día. Si quieres que el artista invitado sepa de quién es el regalo, recuerda incluir tu información en el mismo.

10.) Los artistas invitados se reservan el derecho de tomar un receso que no esté anunciado en su itinerario. Por lo general el tiempo de receso es breve, por lo que por favor, respetemos eso.

11.) Toda venta de autógrafo es final.

“Photo Op” – Reglas y Guías

1.) Los “Photo Ops” se manejan por un suplidor externo de fotografía profesional.

2.) Puedes comprar “Photo Ops” en el kiosco Ticketpop dentro del Centro de Convenciones, siempre y cuando estén disponible. Todos los “Photo Ops” son limitados y sus precios varían.

3.) Recibirás una (1) foto profesional con el artista invitado en formato 8”x10”.

4.) Si quieres una copia digital, deberás pedírsela al personal de fotografía tan pronto termines de tomarte la foto con el artista invitado.

5.) Se permite un máximo de un (1) fan en la foto (no incluyendo el artista invitado).

6.) Puedes usar vestimenta normal o cosplay; únicamente pedimos que se respeten los parámetros del artista invitado.

7.) Asegura traer tu boleto de “Photo Op” (“voucher”) para redimir to “Photo Op” pago. El “voucher” de “Photo Op” NO es un boleto de entrada a PRCC; tienes que comprar un boleto de entrada a PRCC para estar en el show y que sea el mismo día del “Photo Op” que seleccionas.

8.)  Los “Photo Ops” se venden por día. Si compraste un “Photo Op” para el viernes, deberás redimir tu “Photo Op” el viernes. Si compraste un “Photo Op” para el sábado, deberás redimir tu “Photo Op” el sábado. Si compraste un “Photo Op” para el domingo, deberás redimir tu “Photo Op” el domingo. No podrás cambiar la fecha del día de “Photo Op” que seleccionaste.

9.) Los “Photo Ops” se llevan a cabo por itinerario. Por favor llega unos minutos antes de la hora indicada para asegurar que todos los fans tengan su oportunidad. No llegues tarde a la cita. Si se te pasa la hora de tu “photo op”, pierdes tu derecho al mismo. No podrás cambiar tu “photo op” para otro día del show. Por favor asegura estar al tanto de todos los itinerarios. De haber un cambio en los itinerarios de los “photo ops”, lo anunciaremos en todas nuestras redes sociales.

10.) No habrá autógrafos o tiempo/lugar para ofrecer regalos durante la sesión de “photo op”.

11.) Por favor sé respetuoso con los artistas invitados. El mal comportamiento resultará en que serás removido de la sesión de “photo op” y tu boleto se anulará sin reembolso alguno.

12.) Toda venta de “photo op” es final.

13.) Aunque no podemos garantizar que tu foto esté disponible para que sea autografiada el mismo día, se hará todo lo posible para que las fotos estén disponible para las sesiones de autógrafo que den a lugar luego del “photo op”.

14.) PRCC no tiene la autorización para publicar en canales digitales cualquier foto tomada en el “photo op”. Respetamos tu privacidad.

15.) Puedes publicar tu foto de “photo op” en canales digitales si así lo quieres. Es tu foto y puedes hacer con ella lo que quieras.

16.) La sesión de “photo op” será sencillo y ligero para que así otros fans tengan tiempo para que ellos también tengan su oportunidad. Por favor respeta tus colegas y no entres en conversación extendida con el artista invitado. Por lo general el “photo op” se demora de 30 a 60 segundos.

17.) Puedes pedirle al artista invitado que haga una pose en específico, siempre y cuando éste lo permita.

18.) Todas las fotos del “photo op” estarán disponible dentro de pocas horas. No salgas del evento sin recoger tu foto.

19.) Si compraste más de un “photo op”, puedes tomarte más de una foto. Si quieres una copia adicional, debes pedírsela al personal de Craig Damon Photography. La copia conlleva un cargo adicional.

20.) Puedes permanecer en la fila para el “photo op”. Recuerda que puedes llegar antes de la hora del “photo op” sin tener que perderte todas las cosas geniales que se darán durante el show por estar haciendo fila. La decisión es tuya.

21.) El proceso del “photo op” es el siguiente: haces fila, le das tu “voucher” al personal para que lo validen, te tomas la foto con el artista invitado, sales del área de “photo op” . Luego, recoges tu foto en el “Photo Op Pick Up Area” .

Reglas de Armas y Utilería (“Props”)

PRCC toma muy en serio la seguridad de toda persona que participa del show. Si vas en cosplay con una arma/”prop”, recomendamos que leas todas las reglas aquí.

Tu comportamiento con el “prop” dentro del show es de máxima importancia, por lo que por favor ejerce precaución con las personas que te rodean. El abusar del derecho que se te da para usar el “prop” dentro del show resultará en la incautación de tu “prop”. Recuerda, hay miles de personas en tu alrededor, así que ten cuidado con cómo utilizas tus artículos.

Equipo de Cámara y Video – Reglas y Políticas

El uso de equipos de cámara y video dentro de PRCC es permitido siempre y cuando sigas estas reglas:

1.) Puedes usar la cámara de tu teléfono celular y cámaras “point and shoot” en las áreas permitidas dentro de salón principal de exhibiciones, los salones de conferencias, y el “ballroom”, al menos que se establezcan reglas para un área, panel, evento o conferencia en específico.

2.) Las cámaras DSLR se permiten dentro del salón principal de exhibiciones ÚNICAMENTE CON EL LENTE CORTO BÁSICO, como por ejemplo un lente básico (“kit”) 18-55mm. Si no sabes lo que es un lente corto básico, consulta con un fotógrafo profesional.

3.) No se permitirán dentro del show estuches DSLR con más lentes y equipos. Nuevamente, únicamente se permite una (1) cámara con un (1) lente, por persona.

4.) No se permiten dentro del show lentes tipo telefoto o lentes largos similares, al menos que tengas un pase de prensa oficial y válido.

5.) No se permiten dentro del show trípodes, monópodes, monturas de mano, reflectores, cables, equipo de iluminación.

6.) La fotografía de flash no se permite dentro del show. Deja tu equipo de flash en casa; el Centro cuenta con iluminación de primera en todas las áreas, así que tu flash no hará falta.

7.) Tu cámara GoPro o similar es permitida dentro del show. Recuerda siempre tenerla a la mano. No se permiten accesorios dentro del show. (Ver la regla #5)

8.) Al igual que en la mayoría de las convenciones y eventos a nivel mundial, no se permiten los “selfie sticks” dentro del show. Si vas a tomar una foto, usa tus manos; es la herramienta “selfie” más segura en el mercado.

9.) No se permiten cámaras o tomar video en las áreas de autógrafo y “photo op”.

10.) No se permite grabar en video los paneles o sesiones Q&A si en estas se presenta material especial. Ejemplo de material especial incluye cortos de filmes (“trailers”), pietaje especial, material con derechos de autor, etc. Los invitados especiales se reservan el derecho de prohibir la grabación en video de su panel o Q&A.

11.) La transmisión en vivo (“live streaming”) se permite únicamente en el salón principal de exhibiciones. Es prohibido en los Q&As, conferencias y/o paneles.

12.) No se permite el uso de equipo de grabación en video con cables y micrófonos, al menos que tengas un pase de prensa oficial y válido. Esto aplica a todas las áreas del show y Centro de Convenciones.

13.) Es importante que le pidas permiso a cualquier fan ANTES de tomar su foto. Si éste no te da permiso, el fan se reserva el derecho de reportarte al personal de seguridad de PRCC.

14.) Se prohíbe tomarle foto a cualquier niño si sus padres o guardianes no lo permite.

15.) Se prohíbe el que cobres una cuota por tomarle fotos a los fans, clientes, invitados, exhibidores o cosplayers dentro del show. Si personal de PRCC recibe notificación de que estás cobrando por tomar fotos, nos reservamos el derecho de removerte del show. Le estaremos avisando a nuestros fans sobre esta práctica que NO está autorizada por PRCC.

16.) Cuando tomes fotos dentro del show, asegura no obstruir el flujo de tráfico de los fans. Si estás obstruyendo el flujo de tráfico, el personal de seguridad de PRCC se reserva el derecho de removerte del área y se te dará un aviso amistoso para que no lo vuelvas hacer.

17.) Personal de PRCC se reserva el derecho de verificar todo equipo fotográfico en cualquier momento.

18.) Estas reglas y guías están sujetas a cambios en cualquier momento y PRCC no tiene la obligación de publicar cambios en cualquier medio.

Artículos Misceláneos Prohibidos

A continuación, una lista de artículos que no se permiten en el salón principal de exhibiciones durante PRCC, por razones de seguridad. Lo que está en esta lista no se permite en PRCC, en el Centro de Convenciones, ni en el Distrito de Convenciones. Por favor, déjalos en casa.

1.) “Drones”

2.) “Hover boards”

3.) “Roller blades” o patines

4.) Sillas de playa o cualquier tipo de silla portátil

5.) Patinetas

6.) Bicicletas o cualquier artículo grande con ruedas

7.) Grandes cantidades de mercancía. Para ello, tienes que registrarte como Detallista en nuestro show.

8.) Material promocional/publicitario – folletos, “flyers”, afiches, tarjetas de presentación, etc. Si quieres promocionarte en nuestro show, comunícate con nosotros y te orientaremos sobre cómo participar como Comerciante en PRCC.

9.) Carritos de compra, carros de mano, carretillas, ni maletas o bultos con ruedas.

Máscaras/Caretas

El Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico no permite el uso de máscaras si estás fuera del salón principal de exhibiciones. Si tu cosplay conlleva una máscara, póntela cuando estés ya dentro del salón principal de exhibiciones. Si tu cosplay conlleva el uso de una prótesis, ten contigo una identificación para poder identificarte adecuadamente si fuese necesario. Personal del Centro de Convenciones se reserva el derecho de pedirte que te quites la máscara en cualquier momento para poder identificarte. No cumplir con esto podría causarte problemas con el Centro, así que por favor coopera si te piden que te quites la máscara.

Acoso y “Bullying”

Este es un tema que PRCC también toma muy en serio. PRCC no tolera ningún tipo de acoso, intimidación o “bullying”. Este tipo de comportamiento resultará en varios escenarios: desde un fuerte aviso de parte de nuestro personal de seguridad, expulsión del evento, o hasta acción legal si así lo amerita la situación.

No significa no. Si en algún momento sientes que te están acosando, intimidando o haciendo “bullying”, díselo a la persona de una manera clara y avísale a personal de PRCC para que estén al tanto de la situación. Si no quieres que te tomen una foto, dilo. Cualquier tipo de contacto físico que tú no autorizas es considerado acoso y se manejará de tal forma. El contacto físico no autorizado es considerado asalto y podría resulta en acción policial además de expulsión del show.

El acoso sexual y el asalto sexual son distinciones legales que caen fuera del alcance de PRCC para emitir sanción sobre ellas. El Departamento de la Policía de Puerto Rico es la única entidad autorizada para tomar acción apropiada. Por favor consulta con personal de PRCC para que ellos procedan a llamar la policía si fuese necesario.

Rotulación

Rotulación ofreciendo abrazos, besos, “high-fives”, etc. se permite en el show siempre y cuando se haga de una forma respetuosa. Cualquier tipo de rotulación que sea sexual en naturaleza será incautada sin argumento o excepción.

Artículos perdidos/encontrados

PRCC es un evento gigantesco y sabemos que es frustrante si se te pierde algo. Si encuentras algo que esté perdido, por favor llévalo al Info Booth. Si se te pierde algo, por favor visita el Info Booth y repórtalo. Recomendamos que visites el Info Booth varias veces durante el día a ver si nuestro personal encontró lo que se te perdió. Frecuentemente subimos a Facebook todos los artículos perdidos que hemos encontrado. Si se te pierde una tarjeta de crédito, de débito, de plan médico, o identificación, recomendamos que llames y lo reportes para que la institución correspondiente te emita una nueva.

Niños/Menores de Edad

La seguridad de los niños y menores de edad que visitan PRCC es de máxima importancia. Pedimos a todos los padres/guardianes que revisen estas guías:

1.) Todo niño menor de los 12 años de edad tiene que estar acompañado por un padre/guardián en todo momento.

2.) Se recomienda que todo niño tenga consigo en todo momento una forma de identificación que incluya la información de contacto de sus padres/guardianes, para que nuestro personal se comunique contigo de ser necesario.

3.) Por favor no dejes tu hijo desatendido.

4.) Asegura que todo niño en tu grupo sepa dar información básica como su nombre, el nombre de sus padres/guardianes, la vestimenta que llevas, si te estás quedando en un hotel, número de teléfono, etc.

5.) Si se te pierde tu hijo, repórtalo inmediatamente al Info Booth. Todo nuestro personal será alertado.

6.) Utiliza la táctica de un punto de encuentro si alguien en tu grupo se pierde. Por ejemplo, todos se pueden poner de acuerdo y asignar la fuente frente al Centro de Convenciones como punto de encuentro si alguien se pierde.

Grabación en Foto, Imágenes y Audio de Artistas Invitados en PRCC

En PRCC siempre hay prensa local e internacional cubriendo el evento. La compra de boleto de entrada a PRCC conlleva el consentimiento y relevo de responsabilidad de ser grabado (por audio, video y cualquier otro medio) para efectos de exhibición y exposición en cualquier medio existente y futuro en perpetuidad.

El fan con boleto de entrada a PRCC le da permiso a PRCC y sus designados, incluyendo pero no limitado a auspiciadores, exhibidores, contratistas y suplidores, a usar su voz, apariencia y toda reproducción, en cualquier y todos los medios existentes y futuros, en perpetuidad.

Fans con Discapacidades y Necesidades Especiales de Movilidad

PRCC y nuestro personal tenemos el compromiso de asegurar que el evento sea para el disfrute de todos nuestros fans. Para aquellos fans con discapacidades físicas y necesidades especiales de movilidad, por favor toma un momento para revisar estas reglas según establecidas por la Ley de Americanos con Discapacidades (“Americans with Disabilities Act”).

1. Hasta dos (2) acompañantes por fan con discapacidades y/o necesidades especiales de movilidad.

2. Los acompañantes deberán tener consigo un boleto de entrada pago y válido.

3. A los fans con discapacidades y/o necesidades especiales de movilidad NO se les garantiza:

• Acceso temprano a los paneles ni a los eventos especiales.

• Acceso privilegiado a los eventos especiales, “photo ops”, sesiones de autógrafos, o paneles.

• Cortar la fila. TODO fan que quiera participar de un panel o foro deberá hacer la fila regular correspondiente a ese evento. Si tu discapacidad no te permite asegurar tu lugar en la fila, recomendamos que hagas los arreglos con otros en tu grupo para que hagan la fila por ti.

No se permiten mascotas/animales

Los animales no se permiten dentro del Centro de Convenciones, con la excepción de animales de servicio. Deberás tener contigo en todo momento la identificación necesaria para los animales de servicio.

Responsabilidad

Todo fan con boleto de entrada a PRCC; (1) releva a PRCC, El Tercer Hombre, Inc., clientes de PRCC, exhibidores, el Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico, y personal de PRCC de cualquier responsabilidad por pérdida o daño a personas o propiedad, violación de cualquier derecho o cualquier otro reclamo o acción de cualquier tipo; (2) autoriza y (3) está de acuerdo en cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones del evento.

Puerto Rico Comic Con se reserva el derecho de prohibirle la entrada a, o remover del evento, cualquier persona que, a nuestra discreción única y absoluta, se comporta y amenaza a comportarse de manera que, razonablemente, se considera perjudicial al evento. El PRCC puede hacer cambios a estas reglas en cualquier momento.

PRCC EVENT POLICIES

The PRCC is a place to have fun with your friends and family. It's the place that, once a year, we come to celebrate all things geek. Thousands of fans are expected to come to our show, breaking attendance records year after year. To achieve a successful event, we require the cooperation of all our fans. Please read our following policies to make sure that you understand and comply with all of them during the show. Have fun, Geekricans!

Entrance Hours and Line Overflow Emergency Procedures

3Day Pass and One Day Pass holders are allowed to enter at regular show hours. Line overflow happens when there are too many people waiting inside the Convention Center and the doors are still closed for general entrance, creating a security threat. It is important to notice that if by some reason we have line overflow at any moment, for security reasons we are required to let the general public enter the venue so that the overflow can be corrected. Line overflows need to be corrected as soon as possible, please make sure you follow the security and staff instructions at all times; enter the venue as calm as possible to avoid any incidents.

General Behavior

As in any other place in Puerto Rico, it is common sense that we ask that all our attendees behave in a respectful and friendly manner with each other and with our guests. The PRCC Security Staff will not tolerate any disruptive behavior such as fights (real or fake), harassment, heckling, bullying, impeding traffic flow, failure to follow rules/regulations, etc. Failure to follow these guidelines can earn you either a warning from our security staff to even expulsion of our show. Trust us, we don't like taking people off our show, but if we have to for the sake of our fans or guests, we will do it. A rule of thumb: don't do something that will get you in trouble in your daily life. Be nice, have fun, smile and just enjoy the show.

Costume and Clothing Policy

At the Puerto Rico Comic Con, although we respect the fact that everyone has a right to express themselves with any cosplay they choose, as a Corporation, we have a set of rules regarding what types of clothing or costumes are allowed at our show. Our event is for all ages and our fans ages ranges from toddlers to adults. This is, most of all, a family show, and to ensure that ALL our fans have a great experience, we will enforce the following guidelines at all times. The Puerto Rico Comic Con reserves the right to admission at any moment, and also has the right to change or alter these rules at all times.

1)    No real uniforms. This includes the following categories: military, medical (doctor, nurse), firefighter, police, etc. You can alter your cosplay to make sure it does not have any official items. This is for all our safety.

2)    No Nudity or any cosplay that is considered as such. That includes fans that attend in bikinis or underwear. This is a family show, children and families should not be subjected to any “adult materials”.

3)    No signs requesting any type of requests from another person, including hugs, kisses, etc. We will confiscate any material regarding this matter and will not return it.

4)    Your Cosplay needs to comply with our Prop Check at all times and must be evaluated if necessary. Failure to adhere to these rules and we have the right to deny access to the show.

5)    We know that there are many historical figures that some people find interesting to cosplay as. As much as the law gives you the right to Free Speech, as a private corporation we do not condone bullying, Hate Speech or Hate Groups. Be advised that if you come to our show wearing any costume that represents, even slightly, any hate group/philosophy, you will be denied entrance and will not be reimbursed for your tickets.

6)    For props, please refer to our Prop Check Guidelines.

3Day Pass Badges and Wristbands

For 3Day Pass ticket owners, we will place two (2) very important forms of ID for our show. Once we validate your ticket, you will receive one (1) collectors badge and one (1) wristband. To enter our show, YOU MUST BE WEARING BOTH THE BADGE AND THE WRISTBAND WE PLACED the day you entered our show. If you lose one of the items or if you cut your wristband, your ticket is void and you cannot enter the show once again.

Your wristband is waterproof, so you can be sure that you can wear it and it will not break or get damaged. Stretched out wristbands are considered damaged and it will be considered as a void ticket. To enter our show if you have your IDs in place, all that we need is that you show us your hand and your badge so we can see them both. Security staff has the right to ask you to see your wristband and badge at any moment during the show. Please make sure your wristband is visible at all times.

If you believe that your wristband can easily come off or it has been placed uncomfortably tight around your wrist, you can visit any of our entrance staff and we can place a new one. All MultiPass sales are final.

One Day Pass Wristbands

For One Day Pass owners, we will place one (1) wristband on your wrist so that you can enter and exit the show as much as you want. It is important to note that every day has a different special color. If you bought a Friday pass, you will be given a Friday wristband. If you bought a Saturday pass, you will be given a Saturday wristband. If you bought a Sunday pass, you will be given a Sunday wristband. Please make sure your wristband is visible at all times.

To enter our show if you have your wristband, all that we need is that you show us your hand so we can see your daily wristband. Security staff has the right to ask you to see your wrist at any moment during the show. You cannot visit our show in any other day that you have not purchased, tickets are not exchangeable for dates. All One Day Pass sales are final.

Smoking

The PRCC does not believe that smoking is cool. Furthermore, the Puerto Rico Convention Center is a smoking free zone. If you must smoke, do it outside the center. We ask that you do it far away from the entrance - we have families with children near and they do not deserve to smell any type of cigarette/e-cigs/tobacco. Now would be a great time to recommend that you stop smoking, it would be so good for you to enjoy a healthy life. Besides, think of all the money that you could be spending in amazing comics instead of ugly cigarettes.

Line Etiquette

If you ask any human being in the world if they love to wait in line, they will definitively answer "no". We don't like to wait either, but at this type of event, it is something that has to be done. We know it's frustrating, we know that it's not fun to be out in the sun - but it's unavoidable. For the PRCC to be secure and safe, we have to make sure that every bag is checked, every dangerous weapon or item is confiscated. For that, we need to take a minute or two, we truly hope you understand. Please don't argue with our staff or our security staff, please don't take your frustration out with them. They are just doing their job to make sure that all our fans are safe.

Another common sense warning: people caught skipping in line will be sent to the end of the line. If you are going to wait, we ask that you don't hold places in line for any other people in your party. Lines also can't block any type of entrance or exits, please follow staff instructions if you encounter them.

Autograph and Photo Op Area

Inside the Autograph and Photo Op Area are guests of our show - and most importantly, guests of Puerto Rico. Help us make a great impression! This means that we ask all our attendees to behave in a respectful manner. PRCC's guests deserve their privacy and for fans to follow their specific instructions regarding autograph/photography requirements.

We will have a sign posted for each of our guest in which attendees can find out if they charge for photos or autographs and if they allow selfies or not. Please read them carefully and respect them.

All PRCC special guests ask that fans do not take any type of photos inside the Autograph/Photo Op Area. Please, respect their wishes and requirements. If you want to take a picture with a special guest, please ask our staff to see if they are allowing fans to ask for pictures. Some artists let fans take selfies and photos with their own personal cameras, some don't. Our staff will know their different rules.

Artists have a limited time with their fans, so please, be mindful of the time you have with them and try to keep it as short as possible. If you take too much time, other fans won't have the pleasure of meeting them. Some artists sign quickly, some take more time. Please respect their time and have patience while waiting in line.

Attendees who are disrespectful to our guests will be removed instantly from this area and all autographs or photo ops will be voided. Examples of unruly behavior are: trying to negotiate lower prices for autographs or photo ops, complaining about the fact that they charge, monopolizing an artist time while others are waiting, asking for extreme personal requests, insulting them, etc.

A paid PRCC autograph is not guaranteed. To get yours, you need to be present at the designated hours at the autograph area. If you miss your paid autograph session by any reason, we will not reimburse your autograph voucher and the artist is not obligated to sign your autograph outside the designated autograph hours. PRCC cannot guarantee that you will get an autograph from other guests from the show. If you are really interested in autographs we strongly recommend that you make sure you are present at the autograph area during the hours that the artists will be signing and that you arrive early in order to get a good place in line. Don't wait until the last minute.

No calls or texting during your autograph with your favorite artists. It's just not cool to not pay attention to them, besides, you will miss a great moment if you are looking at your phone.

Autograph Sessions Rules and Guidelines

1) The lines will open for all attendees the moment the show starts. You are welcome to wait from the beginning of our show if you want - just remember that you might miss some amazing things before the autograph sessions begin!

2) The line will be open for our guests at all times unless there is a safety problem caused by line overflow. If our security staff deems that the lines need to be stopped temporarily, we ask that you have patience and wait nearby until the overflow of fans is resolved.

3) Some autograph sessions are limited, some artists decide when to limit their autographs. All autographs are sold by day. If you selected a Friday autograph, you must redeem your autograph on Friday. If you selected a Saturday autograph, you must redeem your autograph on Saturday. If you selected a Sunday autograph, you must redeem your autograph on Sunday. You cannot change the date of your selected autograph days.

4) A paid autograph is usually for one item only. If you have more than one item, you must purchase the amount of autographs you need from your artist. Guests have the right to refuse to sign any item they want. Artists have the right to limit the amount of items that they will sign for their fans as well.

5) For Photography and/or Video you need to ask our staff if the artist allows it or not.

6) Be aware of any scheduling or policy changes or policy changes.

7) Most of our artists have Q&A sessions during the show. You can leave the autograph area line to watch their panels, just remember that you have to wait in line again when you come back. Your spot in line will not be held until you return.

8) No food or eating inside the Autograph Area

9) If you have a special gift for your artist, please give it to our staff, they will give it on your behalf to them at the end of the day. Remember to write all your info in them if you want so the artist knows who is sending the cool gift.

10) Artists have the right to take breaks that are not announced in their schedule. They usually come back in a short amount of time, please respect that.

11) All autograph sales are final.

Photo Op Sessions Rules and Guidelines

1) The PRCC Photo Ops will be run by a Professional Photography Company. Personal cameras and phones are not allowed in the Photo Ops area. 

2) You can purchase Photo Ops at Ticketpop inside the show if they are available. All Photo Ops are limited. Prices vary.

3) You will get one (1) professional photo with the guest(s) in an 8×10 print.

4) For digital copies you need to request it directly to the Professional Photography Company when you are finished taking the photo with your favorite guest.

5) A maximum of 1 person per photo is allowed.

6) You can wear regular clothes or be in cosplay, we just ask that you wear respectful clothing while being with our special guests.

7) Bring your Photo Op voucher with you to the Photo Op session to redeem your paid Photo Op. Photo Ops are not event tickets, you need to purchase an event ticket to get inside the show on the same day as you paid your photo op.

8) Photo Ops are sold by day. If you selected a Friday Photo Op, you must redeem your photo on Friday. If you selected a Saturday Photo Op, you must redeem your photo on Saturday. If you selected a Sunday Photo Op, you must redeem your photo on Sunday. You cannot change the date of your selected photo op days.

9) Photo Ops are done by scheduled sessions. Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time to make sure we can get through everyone. Try not to show up late. If you miss your scheduled photo op, you forfeit the Photo Op. You cannot take the photo in any other day of the show. Please make sure you are aware of all the schedules. If there is a change in Photo Op schedules we will announce it on all our social media pages.

10) There will be no autographs or time/place to put gifts during a photo op.

11) Treat our guests with respect. Unruly behavior will result in getting yourself removed from the Photo Op session and your ticket voided without any reimbursement.

12) All Photo Op sales are final.

13) Although we can't guarantee that your photo will be available to get autographed the same day, we will make every effort to have prints available for autograph sessions that happen after photo ops.

14) PRCC is not allowed to publish online any Photo Op sessions. We respect your privacy!

15) You can publish your Photo Op online, anywhere you choose. It's your photo, you can do whatever you want with it.

16) The Photo Op session will be simple and short so that all attendees have time to get their photos. Please respect other fans by not having extended conversations. 30-60 seconds is the typical time that takes to take a photo op.

17) You can request a certain pose as long as our special guest is comfortable with it.

18) All prints are available within a few hours. Don’t leave the event without picking yours up!

19) If you purchase more than one photo op, you can get one more photo. If you want an extra copy of your photo you need to request it for an extra charge to Craig Damon Photography.

20) You can stay in line for your Photo Op session. Just remember that you can come before the scheduled Photo Op and not have to miss other cool stuff that will be happening at our show because you are waiting in line. It's your choice.

21) The Photo Op order: you wait in line, you give your voucher at our staff for validation purposes, you take the picture with our special guest, you leave the Photo Op Area. Later you can pick up your photo at the Photo Op Photo Pick Up Area.

Weapons and Prop Rules

The PRCC is very strict when it comes to the safety of all the people who are inside the Exhibit Hall. If you are going to cosplay with a weapon/prop, we strongly recommend that you read all our rules here.

Your behavior inside the show with your prop is important, please be careful with other people around you. The misuse of the benefit of having your prop inside the show can result in us confiscating your prop. Remember, they are thousands of people around you, so please handle your items with care.

Camera and Video Equipment Guidelines and Rules

The use of Photographic and Video Equipment inside the PRCC is allowed as long as you follow these simple rules:

1) You can use your camera phone and "point and shoot" camera in allowed areas at the Exhibit Hall, Conference Rooms and Ballroom unless there is a rule for a specific area, panel, event or conference.

2) DSLR cameras are allowed inside the Exhibit Hall area ONLY WITH ONE BASIC SHORT LENS. An example of a basic short lens is an 18-55mm "kit lens". If you don't know what a basic short lens is, ask a professional photographer for help.

3) No DSLR bags with more lenses and equipment will be allowed inside the show. Again, we allow just one (1) camera with one (1) lens per person.

4) No telephoto lenses or similar "big lenses" are allowed inside the show if you don't have a valid press pass.

5) Tripods, Monopod, hand mounts, reflectors, cables or light equipment are not allowed inside the show.

6) No flash photography is allowed inside the show. Leave your flash equipment at home, we have amazing lighting in all areas, you will not need it.

7) Your GoPro or similar camera is allowed inside the show. Just remember to hold it in your hands. No attachments are allowed inside the show. (Read rule #5)

8) As in most conventions and venues around the world, selfie sticks are NOT allowed inside the show. If you are going to take a photo, use your hands, it's the safest selfie tool there is.

9) No cameras or video are allowed inside the Autograph and Photo Op Area.

10) Recording is not allowed at panels or Q&A sessions if there are special presentations. Examples of special presentations are movie trailers, special footage, etc. Special guests have the right to refuse to be photographed or recorded during their Q&A's or Panels.

11) Live Streaming is allowed only at the Exhibit Hall. It is not allowed during the Q&A's, Conference and/or Panels.

12) No video recording cameras with cables and microphones are allowed if you do not have a valid press pass. This applies to any area of our show and/or convention center.

13) You must ask permission to take a photo from any attendee BEFOREHAND. If you don't have permission, the attendee has the right to report you to the PRCC security staff.

14) You cannot take photographs of children if their parents or guardians do not allow it.

15) You cannot charge a fee for taking photographs inside the show of attendees, clients, guests, exhibitors or cosplayers. If PRCC staffers are alerted that you are charging attendees for any type of photographs, we have the right to remove you from our show. We will advise our fans to not pay for photography services that have not been authorized by the PRCC.

16) When stopping to take photographs in the hallways or in any other area inside the show, please be considerate of other attendees by being brief and not blocking traffic. If you are blocking traffic, PRCC security staff has the right to remove you from the area and you will be given a friendly warning not to do it again.

17) The PRCC staff reserves the right to check and verify all photographic equipment on a case-by-case basis.

18) These set of rules and guidelines are subject to change at any moment and the PRCC is not obligated to publish changes in any media.

Prohibited Miscellaneous Items

The following list of items are things that the PRCC does not allow inside the Exhibit Hall for security reasons. If they are posted in this list, it's because the PRCC, the PR Convention Center and/or the Convention District do not permit them anywhere near the show. Please, leave these at home.

1) Drones

2) HoverBoards

3) Skating Shoes or Roller Blades

4) Beach Chairs or any type of portable chair

5) Skateboards

6) Bicycles or any large item with wheels

7) Large Amounts of Merchandise - for that you need to register as a Retailer in our show.

8) Advertising Material - flyers, posters, business cards, etc. If you need to advertise in our show, you can contact us and we will help you participate as a retailer in our show.

9)  Hand Carts, trolleys, rolling luggage or wheeled backpacks 

Masks

The PR Convention Center requires that you don't wear a mask if you are standing outside the Exhibit Hall Area. If you are planning to cosplay with one, we recommend that you wait to put your mask on when you enter the Exhibit Hall. If you are thinking about cosplaying with prosthetics, please bring a photo ID with you so we can identify you the best we can. Remember, the PR Convention Center security team has the right to ask you at any time to remove your mask so they can identify you. Failure to comply would get you in trouble, so please remember to show your face when asked. 

Harassment and Bullying

As with our Weapons/Prop Rules, this is another policy that we are very strict with. The PRCC does not tolerate any type of harassment, stalking, intimidation or bullying. This type of behavior can result in a variety of scenarios: from a stern warning from our security staff, expulsion of the show or even worse, legal action if warranted. 

No means no, period. If you feel at any moment that you are being harassed or bullied, we ask you that immediately make it known in a clear way that the attention is unwelcome and that you approach any PRCC staff member for help in dealing with the situation. If you don't want a person to take a photo of you, clearly say it. If you don't want someone hugging you or touching you, clearly say it. Any type of physical contact from people you don't know or that you have not authorized is an assault or harassment - and it will be dealt as such. Intentionally touching anyone without their permission can be considered assault and may result in police involvement as well as being expelled from our show.

Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault are legal distinctions that are outside the scope of the Puerto Rico Comic Con to decide. The Puerto Rico Police Department is the only authority to take appropriate actions. Please talk to our staff so they can proceed to call the authorities if required.

Signs

Signs offering hugs, kisses, high fives are Ok inside our show if they are respectfully written. Any type of sexual request signs will be confiscated by our staff without argument or exception.

Lost and Found Items

The PRCC is huge, so if you lose something we know how frustrating it will be to try to find it. If you find something, please deliver it to our friendly staff at the Info Booth and we will make sure we do all that we can to find its owner. If you lost something, please visit the Info Booth and report your lost item so they can alert our staff to see if they find it while doing their rounds. If you lost something and the Info Booth staff does not have it, give it a while to see if at the end of our show someone turns it in. We usually post in our Facebook page all items that have been lost and that we have not found their owners. If you lost a credit card, ATM card, health plan card or ID we strongly recommend that you call and report them lost so they can issue a new one.

Children

The PRCC is the biggest convention in all Puerto Rico. That means that we receive thousands of fans day after day! The safety of children are our utmost importance and for that, we ask parents and guardians to use these guidelines: 

1) A parent or guardian must accompany any and all children under the age of 12 at all times.

2) It is recommended that children carry some form of written identification and parent/guardian contact information with them at all times so that our staff needs to contact the parents or guardians.

3) Please do not leave your child unattended. It is extremely difficult to find a small child among thousands of attendees.

4) Try to make sure that all children in your party know important details such as their name, their parents or guardians’ name, what are you wearing, if you are staying at a hotel, a phone number of an emergency contact.

5) If your child is lost, go immediately to the Info Booth and report him/her. That way all our staff can be contacted and we can help you to find your child.

6) Use the tactic of a "safety landmark" if someone in your group is lost. For example, you can all agree to meet up near the convention center's fountain if one of you is missing.

The PRCC is one of the biggest events in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, so it's normal that local, national and international press visit our show during the weekend.

When you purchase an entrance and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the ticket holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.

Ticket Holder also hereby permits Puerto Rico Comic Con and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity.

Guests with Disabilities and Special Mobility Needs

Puerto Rico Comic Con and our staff are committed to making our event the most enjoyable experience for all our attendees. For those attendees with physical disabilities and special mobility needs, please take a moment to review the following rules in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act:

1. Up to two (2) companions per attendee with physical disabilities and/or special mobility needs.

2. The companions must have a paid and valid ticket entry.

3. Attendees with physical disabilities and/or special mobility needs are NOT granted

• Early access to panels and special events.

• Guaranteed access in to special events, photo ops, autographs, or panels.

• The ability to skip lines. ALL attendees, wishing to attend a panel or forum should enter the general waiting line for that event. If your disability does not allow you to secure a place in line, we suggest making arrangements with others in your party to stand in line for you

No Pets Allowed

Animals are not allowed inside the building, except for service animals. You must carry a proper service animals ID at all times.

Liability

Ticket holder; (1) releases Puerto Rico Comic Con, El Tercer Hombre Inc, PRCC clients, exhibitors, PR Convention Center and PRCC staff from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event.

Puerto Rico Comic Con reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner that we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.
